Fireweed Mocha - Huila Colombia - 55% Milk Chocolate
When we discovered one of our local coffee roasters, Fireweed Coffee, had a bean from Huila Colombia we knew we had to make a mocha bar using our Gigante Huila Colombia cacao. This bar is flavorful with strong mocha notes from our Colombian cacao, which gets rounded out by the milk powder and finishes with floral notes from the Colombian coffee. Like all Eigen Chocolates this bar is made with ethically traded cacao, sugar certified by the regenerative organic alliance, and compostable packaging.

Ingredients: ethically traded cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic cocoa butter and fireweed coffee.
This chocolate is gluten and soy free but all of our products are produced in a facility that handles dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.
