This 70% dark chocolate is made from cacao produced by the small holder farmers of the Co-op CAC Alto Urubamba. Like the valley where it is grown, this cacao produces an exceptionally beautiful chocolate bar filled with complex fruit flavors. This one is one of our new favorites! Ingredients: Ethically traded cacao nibs, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter.
This chocolate is gluten, dairy and soy free but all of our products are produced in a facility that handles dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.
